The final report of the Mobility of Researchers 4-study (MORE4) updates the first three MORE studies. It summarises the main
information from the MORE4 EU Higher Education Survey and the MORE4 Global Survey and discusses policy implications from these
two large-scale surveys. As the quality of working conditions that influence scientific productivity are perceived to be the
main drivers of the attractiveness of jobs in research, improving conditions such as research funding and autonomy, prospects
for long-term careers and for working with leading researchers, are policies that are likely to increase the perception of
the EU as an attractive location for research. Researchers in the EU continue to be least satisfied with research funding.
