Base Erosion and Profit Sharing (BEPS) are a serious concern of public policy. It is for this reason that the OECD and G 20 have developed a BEPS Action Plan. The seminar gives a concise introduction of the plan and discusses steps for the evaluation of subsequent measures taken.
