More Differentiated Classification of the Qualification Subsidies of the Public Employment Service Austria

In a comprehensive study, WIFO evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the qualification subsidies for unemployed persons provided by the Public Employment Service Austria. Not only are differences in effects between numerous sub-groups of unemployed persons examined, but above all a greater distinction is made than before between different sub-types of measures – in terms of type of provider, content, type of qualification, intensity of support and target group orientation. This accompanying documentation to the evaluation contains detailed information on the stronger differentiation of the qualification subsidies, which was outsourced from the study.
