Substudy 15: Labour Market Flexibility and Social Security

The modern working world demands higher labour market flexibility. This results in changing requirements to be met by social security systems. Drawing on international experience obtained from "flexicurity" strategies, the study develops proposals to reform labour market and social policy in Austria.
