Cost-Revenue Analysis für the "Counselling and Care Services for Persons with Multiple Placement Barriers" (BBEN)

The "counselling and care services for persons with multiple placement barriers" (BBEN) are a special counselling offer of AMS for this target group, which is currently being tested in selected regional employment offices. The impact of its introduction on the cost-revenue ratio of the AMS will be examined by comparing the situation with an unchanged form of counselling and support for this target group. Any changes in costs result from changes in the intensity of counselling and placement services, in participation in active measures, in the further course of unemployment and benefit receipt and in the subsequent integration into employment. Therefore, the first step is to show the effects the introduction of the measure had in these areas, and the second step is to estimate the resulting effects on the costs of AMS.
