RGSen – Personalpilot. Impact of Increasing the AMS Case-workers to Unemployed Ratio

The Austrian public employment service (AMS) has set up a field experiment to evaluate the impact of increasing the case-workers to unemployed ratio. This pilot project is currently implemented in two regional branches of the AMS. WIFO will evaluate the impact of raising the number of case-workers on the labour-market prospects of the unemployed.
