Forecast of Building Permits 2013-2015 and Housing-related Regional Indicators

Housing construction is a relevant component of economic development. Housing permits are an important indicator for total housing construction. Between 2002 and 2009 no official data on housing permits were available. Employing recent data available only since September 2009 the focus of this study is to forecast accurately and timely the development of housing permits. The forecasts are published quarterly. Additionally, the study analyses housing-related indicators on the regional level once a year.
