Helmut Mahringer is Senior Economist at WIFO and has been working Research Group "Labour Economics, Income and Social Security" since 1999. His research interests are in the labour market. His research focusses on the impact analysis of labour market and social policy, the forecasting of labour market developments and labour supply, the flexibilisation of labour markets and the development and combating of unemployment.
