Ökonomische Wirkungen des gemeinnützigen Wohnbaus

What is the economic role of non-profit building associations in Austria? How high is the housing cost advantage for residents? What contribution do non-profit building associations make to GDP growth and to what extent do they increase private consumption and overall economic investment? Answers to these questions are provided by the new study "Economic Effects of Non-profit Housing", which was commissioned by the Austrian Federation of Limited-Profit Housing Associations (GBV), and conducted by the Austrian Institute of Economic Research Vienna (WIFO).
