New Regional Framework for Austrian Foreign Trade Analysis

The political and economic changes in the East call for a new analytical framework for Austria's foreign trade with European countries. The European Community extended by the former GDR will henceforth be referred to as EC 90 (so far EC 86). East Central Europe will include the CSFR, Poland and Hungary; Southern Europe comprises the Balkan states excluding Greece.
