Evaluation Upper Austrian Research (UAR)

This short study evaluates the development of the Upper Austrian Research GmbH, a holding comprising some semi-public research institutes in Upper Austria. The evaluation looks at the formal structures and processes implemented, the development of the investment held as well as the supply of holding services. The results will feed into the further strategy development of the holding.
