Accompanying Evaluation of the Project "Back to the Future – Employment"

Since October 2016, the project "Back to the Future - Employment" offers young people in Vienna with a needs-based minimum benefit (18 to 24 years old) employment opportunities close to business and supports them in finding further jobs. It is jointly financed by the Vienna Public Employment Service, the City of Vienna and the European Social Fund, is being implemented as part of two very different projects and was provisionally limited until September 2018. As the accompanying evaluation in 2018 shows, many operational objectives could be achieved despite the high time pressure during implementation. However, the planned innovative elements were implemented to varying degrees. The 2020 Report will deal with the impact of labour market policy.
