Stand und Ausblick des Treibhausgas- und Nachhaltigkeitsmonitorings in der Landwirtschaft in Österreich

Numerous scientific projects and initiatives are currently working on the monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions and environmental indicators in Austrian agriculture in order to use them for (sustainability) reporting and quality programs. In order to obtain a joint overview of the parallel initiatives and make use of synergies, this project workshop was held together with national stakeholders from research, administration and politics to creat an overview of ongoing and planned activities. Among other things, this is intended to avoid farmer being confronted with a large number of partly redundant data collection and certification systems. The workshop was funded by the Österreichischer Klima- und Energiefonds, in the course of the ACRP-project nonCO2farm.
